Subject: [PATCH] fix: block shadows in inventory on Clang-cl builds (Linux)

Replaced the aggressive inline expansion used by clang-cl (/Ob2) with a less aggressive setting (/Ob1)

I couldn't figure out where that happened after looking for it for quite long. /Ob2 doesn't seem really useful in such a big project (and it could even be a downgrade compared to /Ob1 on low L1 cache CPUs). So i explicitly set it to /Ob1.
